Jill’s Eave Creations are designed to last for many years, stay durable as well as enjoyed! Please handle with care and love. All handmade pottery can be fragile in nature and Jill’s Eave is not held responsible for breaks after an item has been used. Food safe creatiomns will be specified on item description. Such food safe pieces are dishwasher and microwave safe. However, please be gentle as nonabrasive hand washing is recommended to keep the integrity of each piece. Shipping

Jill’s Eave currently ships within the United States. Weight, size and destination of an order are all factors in the shipping price. As ceramics are fragile by nature, extra care is required to package each order to ensure it arrives safely. Several layers of tissue, eco foam or kraft paper are necessary, and add extra weight and size to the shipment, increasing the cost. However, please be assured that we take all measures to reduce shipping costs to customers where possible. Please allow up to 7-10 business days for processing and packaging of your order. Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive a notification via email and whatever contact information you have provided.

 

Shop Returns & Exchanges

All sales are not final. The customer has an option for a paid mailed back return. If purchased in person, a refund or exchange is offered. All creations are entirely handmade. As such, each piece may vary slightly in size, shape and color. These characteristics make each piece unique and with an organic nature of lovingly handmade goods. Ceramics are properly packaged to avoid damage during shipping, however, should any damage occur please take a photo immediately and contact Jillseave@gmail.com within 3 days of receiving your order. We will work together to find a solution, whether it be an item refund (minus shipping) or an exchange. Note: All of my creations are one-of-a-kind, your exchange will be uniquely handmade and will not be the same as the original. Replacement items may take up to 8 weeks to complete. As noted above, shipping charges will not be refunded. In person exchanges involve already made items with a choice of desired exchange purchase.
